If you have not made ant plans today you probably will not be as productive as you could be. Thats what I find if I do not plan my days activities in advance. In the very least you should plan you day now if you have not done so already. This way you will at least feel better about the day as you achieve your objectives.

Ever tried going through the day with no plans and just letting the day happen to you?

You may not even realise it but you probably feel crap for most of the day. Many people go through their lives this way and every day just happens to them. They spend most of their day responding to things that happen to them and say that this is fate. If you are like this you probably are not happy with a lot of things in your life. you may hate your job, want to get fit, earn some money or just get some exitement in your life.
There are a lot of things you can do to start fixing all these negatives in your life. One easy one is to plan to do something in your day. Once you achieve that you can work on planning a number of activities in your day and even start planning your week. Until you try it you will not know the gratification and power you give your self as you achieve your goals and plans for the day.
If you have trouble getting out of bed in the morning

, make you plans the night before. Then you have a reason to get out of bed. You will be supprised how much difference this little step makes to the way you approach your day, week and your life in general.
Oh, and, don't just put the plans in your head. WRITE THEM DOWN AND PUT THEM WHERE YOU WILL SEE THEM. Put them on the fridge, next to your bed or on the toilet door. Go on ------ plan your life now.
